Y esa misma variante gen\u00e9tica se encuentra en personas que prefieren el chocolate negro amargo. La raz\u00f3n no es el sabor sino que asociamos lo amargo con el impulso mental que esperamos de la cafe\u00edna. \u201cEstas personas metabolizan la cafe\u00edna m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido por lo que los efectos estimulantes tambi\u00e9n desaparecen m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido.\u00a0Entonces, necesitan beber m\u00e1s\u201d, explica una de las autoras del estudio. Seg\u00fan se public\u00f3 en la revista\u00a0<i>Scientific Reports<\/i>, equiparamos el amargor natural de la cafe\u00edna con un efecto de psicoestimulaci\u00f3n.
